Miss Penny went above and beyond to help me find my way around and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The hotel's proximity to the bus terminal, train station, and MRT to Taoyuan International Airport made it extremely convenient for traveling. There were also plenty of food options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Taoyuan.

I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available. the location of the hotel was great, with nearby access to food stalls, restaurants, and transportation options such as the bus terminal, train station, and MRT to Taoyuan International Airport. it was a comfortable and affordable stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zhongli. the staff at Jung Shin were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were flexible with our arrival time and payment preferences. They also responded quickly to all of our requests and questions. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the train station, food stalls, and pasalubong stores. Miss Penny, in particular, went above and beyond to help us navigate the area and find our desired destinations. the Zhongli bus terminal and train station were easily accessible from the hotel, and the MRT to Taoyuan International Airport was also convenient.

On the positive side, the only good thing about this hotel was its location. It was conveniently situated in close proximity to the train station, food stalls, and pasalubong stores. This made it easy for us to explore the city and find places to eat. However, this was overshadowed by the negative aspects of the hotel, making it a less than satisfactory experience overall.

The cleanliness of the room was definitely a major issue during our stay. The floor towel seemed to be reused from the previous guest and was not even cleaned properly.
